Standard Rates effective January 2026

4 hours with boom, mixer, 2 radio mics,
recorder and 1 x lockit box $800
10 hours with boom, mixer, 2 radio mics,
recorder and 1 x lockit box $1100
IFBs $75 each
Additional radio mics $100 each
Stereo Wireless Links $150 each
10% GST will be applied to the total of all invoices for Australian productions.
International productions will be classed as GST free under the terms of the Australian Tax Office.
Payment terms strictly 30 days nett. International productions will be required to lodge a bond of 50% of the estimated invoice before production commences. All prices quoted as $AUD currency
Terms of Engagement
A confirmed booking implies that the following terms of engagement have been read and accepted

Should contracted work be undertaken a contract must be supplied and signed prior to work commencing
Travel conditions

Overnight travel will incur current Australian Tax Office per diem charges

Accommodation will consist of a solo room (no shared accommodation)

Ground floor accomodation to be booked where possible
Air travel

Flights of 5 hours or longer with production commencing within 12 hours of landing will require a minimum of Premium Economy seating
