Zaxcom have shipped my Nomad 8 recorder/mixer which will be the first one in the country when it reaches my eager little hands, I will then officially own every product on the Zaxcom home page.
I have also taken delivery of the new Sennheiser MKH8060 short shotgun microphone which is a beautifully rich mic for actuality and interview situations.
I have just completed a month in the studio at Qantas translating 6 destination guides into 8 languages, straight into 4 days for MTV's Geordie Shores. Other great projects to come include Men's Health Urbanathlon coverage, secret new video segments for a top Magazine and a Tropfest 2012 finalist and it is only just February!
Looking forward to some more meaty documentary work after the enormous success of Once Upon a Time in Cabramatta, and seeing the results of some of last years ABC 2 and 3 productions that I have been working on.
Loving my job more than ever and with some new toys and exciting new projects I can quite confidently say that I have the best job in the world!
